The last place Pia wants to be is on a family vacation in a sleepy Cornish village. She's anticipating two weeks of mind-numbing boredom. Then she meets Trey, a local boy. He's absolutely gorgeous. The trouble is — he knows it. He's arrogant and egotistical, and Pia intends to avoid him at all costs. But Trey is not the kind of guy who gives up easily. When he sets his sights on Pia, her resistance is futile. It's just a holiday romance, some light-hearted fun, right? But one of them is about to discover that still waters do, indeed, run deep. When what lurks beneath the surface finally erupts, the consequences may prove to be catastrophic.
For ages 17+ due to sexual content and strong language

Just stay
4 stars out of 5
Just stay starts out with Pia’s POV and then in the middle of the book you read the book in Trey’s POV. I have never read a story were the author splits the POV in half like that. I found that it worked really well in this book. The beginning of the Just Stay Pia is on Holiday with her family. This is where she meets Trey. During her Holiday her and Try end up falling for each other. Pia has her doubts about Trey because he is known to just sleep with women and then leave them. In the second part of the book you get Treys POV you see a different side of what is going on with Treys and his home life. Trey has been through a lot and he puts up with a lot. You really start to feel for him the more read about him.

Pia- I found to be a strong character. There were times when I just wanted to yell at her. Then I had to remember how I acted when I was her age. I would have done the same thing and I would have felt the same way she felt at times.

Trey- I loved him. As I said before you really feel for how he has lived. When you find out everything that he has dealt with it will make you like him more. He is a strong hero and fights for what he wants.

I thought the story was well written and I would recommend it to anyone. There were some issues that were mentioned in this story like suicide and depression. They played a bigger role in this story than I thought they would. It worked though and tied up the story at the end very well.

Michelle Abbott lives in the UK and hates describing herself in 3rd person.
She's a self-published author who loves to write new adult romance about heroes who begin as the underdog and are protective of their girl.

She's an avid reader of romance, is addicted to coffee and loves wine and chocolate, so yeah, not the most healthy eating and drinking habits :-) She spends way too much time online when she should be writing. She collects teddy bears and occasionally knits a couple of rows on a sweater she started years ago, which she may eventually finish in time to wear for her funeral :-)
